We had some special activities for our kids on Easter Sunday a couple of weeks ago… We have a new coordinator for the kids ministry, Michelle, who is doing a great job! I’ve begun preaching a series of sermons called “Making an IMPACT: The church in Acts.” The sermons are taken from Acts 2:42-47.

In July we are planning to run another Revive youth rally and I am excited about this. Also, in October, a number of us are planning a youth retreat where we will be taking the girls and guys on separate weekends away. During this time we aim to teach them about what it means to be godly men and women.

I am reminded of how richly blessed we are as I look at the new incoming students combined with those returning for their 2nd & 3rd years. Apart from the variety of cultures we regularly enjoy, it has been obvious from the start that we have a group who want to serve and be active participants, not just in study but to live it out practically as well.
