Sometimes churches can be intimidating. But they don’t have to be.

Harpeth Hills has a place for you regardless of your past or current circumstances, beliefs, or faith questions. Do we have our whole act together as individuals and as a congregation? No way.

But we follow someone special and we believe that in Him we are made perfect in the eyes of God. His name is Jesus. We’d love for you to meet him.

Harpeth Hills is an outgrowth of Compton’s Chapel Church of Christ (founded 1870 near Green Hills). In 1887 Compton’s Chapel planted a church named Fairview which later moved to the current location on March 2, 1969, and became Harpeth Hills. We continue to be involved in countless works in the greater Nashville community and across the globe, working closely with Napier Community Center, Ethos Church, Room in the Inn, multiple global missions and much more. Our people are a mix of traditional and modern, young and old, rich and poor. Yet from our first meeting we have found common ground – to love our God and our community together.
