Courtney Garland: The Pearl House, Ghana
We have good news from the Pearl House…our household was able to gather, along with our pastor, our contractor and a board member to dedicate the land where the Pearl House will soon be situated. After signing a contract with our builder on April 2, the work of digging up ground is ready to begin later on this week. Thank you for your prayers and support in getting us to this point.

Joel Banks: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Since most Argentines have just returned from vacation in early March, they have time to become involved in something new—like practicing their English by reading the Bible at our church building. We are seeing former LST students and new ones come in during the day, some of them to read the Bible for the first time in their lives.

Our Director of Communications, Jon-Roy Sloan and his wife Maria, spent nine days in Kenya after Christmas. Jon-Roy met with NU students, alumni and local churches to explore what ministry needs exist and how to empower the local churches and church leaders in the Homa Bay region of Kenya.

Ciudad de Angeles: Cozumel
Our investment in the angels’ spiritual development is bearing fruit. Mari Chuy and Brenda were baptized late last year. Wendy, Elias, and Gustavo accepted Christ early in 2015. We rejoice that these children are on a path toward becoming responsible Christian adults.
