For the past five years, Harpeth Hills has had a daily presence in Napier Elementary School and has impacted hundreds of children, teachers and parents. Harpeth Hills has the opportunity to provide reassurance, relieve anxiety and support the Napier community in the midst of a year of changes and new plans.

One of the most important aspects of the Napier Partnership is the classroom sponsorship program. Each class has a contact (room mom) and a $500 benefactor to support class parties and teacher needs. This year there are ten classrooms from Pre-K to 4th Grade available for sponsorship. Almost all of the more than 500 students live below the poverty line, qualify for breakfast and lunch programs and have limited family support. This ministry offers prayer, support and kindness to this group of children, as well as their teachers.

Napier information is located in pews this Sunday, August 23. Fill out the involvement form or stop at the Welcome Center to learn more. Place forms in the collection plate (Auditorium) or place in the box by the Respond banner (Gym). Volunteers are at the Welcome Center and the Kids’ Koncierge today to give more information, accept sponsorship forms and answer questions.
