Each Wednesday night this summer we will have a conversation about race and the This week, we welcome Harpeth Hills member and leader in our community, Jacky Akbari. Founder and Managing Principal of Worthington Advisory, Jacky is a nationally recognized leader in strategic management. As a leader in Nashville, she is deeply engaged with key stakeholders in our community including those in government, business, and education. Her expertise relative to employment inclusion led her to found the National Organization for Workforce Diversity (NOW Diversity) which develops resources for diversity leaders in the workforce, education, and nonprofit communities. She serves in leadership roles for various nonprofit and community organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Leadership Nashville. Active members of their Life Group, Jacky and her husband Mike have been Harpeth Hills members for over 12 years.
