New worship opportunities!
Beginning October 25

With the advent of cooler weather, our outdoor worship gatherings are coming to a close, and we need to provide additional worship opportunities indoors. To help us make these plans we surveyed the congregation last week. Of approximately 700 family units at Harpeth Hills, 402 of you turned in a survey, which is a good response. The results included the following:

36% prefer a mask required service
42% prefer a mask optional service
22% will continue to worship at home for now

In response to the question, will you attend services on October 25, half of the respondents said yes, 34% said not sure and 16% said no.

Based on this survey, we will offer the following worship gatherings on that day:

​9am
Auditorium, A Cappella (Mask optional)
Gym, Instrumental (Mask Optional)

10:30am
Auditorium, A Cappella (Mask required)
Youth Room, Instrumental (Mask required)

In addition to worship services, we will offer children’s classes during the 9am hour. Nursery through Kindergarten will enter their classes at 9am from outdoor entrances. The 1st through 6th Grades will be dismissed to classes after worshipping with their parents for 25 minutes. There will be no children’s classes during the 10:30am services, but a nursery will be provided and each service will have a children’s moment.
