Dear Harpeth Hills Church Family:

Those of us who serve as elders see it as a blessing and privilege. We are honored to be your shepherds and strive to humbly lead and serve this congregation. Our goal is to do what is best for this congregation as we strive to be Jesus to the world around us.

After much prayer we have determined that now is a good time to add additional shepherds to our present group of thirteen. We need to hear from you, the congregation of believers at Harpeth Hills. Who do you think should serve as an elder of our church family? After reflection and prayer, you may submit names in one of two way: via the confidential online submission linked here or complete a nomination card and place it in the boxes at the Welcome Center or in Caravan worship. Please remember to sign your submissions. On Sunday, December 15, there will be a special time during worship to receive recommendations. We hope this process is as inclusive as possible.

We expect to have names of those willing to serve as elders for your consideration by early February and anticipate completing this process by the first week of March. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact any of the elders. We are thankful to be part of a giving, prayerful, and devoted congregation.
