We had a great night at Inner City Ministry this week with 35 volunteers and 70 children. Downstairs, the younger kids made pilgrim hats out of candy and had a lesson centered around being thankful. Upstairs, Sara Whitfield spent time with the older girls talking about hygiene and nutrition while the older boys spent time learning to tie a necktie.

We will not meet the next two Mondays (November 17 and 24). Our final meetings of the calendar year will be on December 1 and 8, then we’ll resume mid-January.
