As you know, Harpeth Hills is following CDC guidelines and taking many precautions in order to provide a safe environment for worship. For outdoor worship gatherings, masks are optional and social distancing is encouraged.

What to expect for Outdoor Worship Gatherings

Arrival

“Doors” will open 30 minutes before each service. You are encouraged to arrive early to claim your spot.
The service will take place in the area behind the Community Room at the back of the building.
Park on either side of the building. The parking area at the extreme back of the building will be roped off and not accessible for cars to park or drive through.

Communion / Giving

Prepackaged communion and a “Give Box” will be available on the tables near the blue “Welcome” flags.
Please dispose of used communion packaging and other trash in the provided receptacles.

Seating

Bring your own chair and sit in the location of your choice.

Worship

The service will begin on time, last approximately 45 minutes and feel much more casual than our typical Sunday morning worship gatherings.

Restrooms

The restrooms located near the Youth Center will be available for emergency use only and will not be cleaned between each use.
No other restrooms in the building will be accessible.
