Let’s Start Talking
You can help people in need! People all over the world are waiting to hear the story of Jesus and receive help with their conversational English. If you speak English and enjoy making new friends, you are a perfect fit for Let’s Start Talking. Come to the LST FirstLook meeting on Wednesday, March 12, at 7pm in Room 215 for information and inspiration about how you can travel, serve and make a difference!

Those of you who are familiar with the Caballito congregation may know that Internet and Let’s Start Talking are the two major ways our congregation finds new persons with whom to study the Bible…This month we added a poster to our windows to encourage people to stop and ask about the “Introduction to the message of the Bible” course. Please pray we can surface more walk in and internet contacts to invite to study God’s word, and to events at church, so that they can eventually become part of God’s people.

U.S. Board members had the honor of attending the graduation of IBI students Dario Robles and Esmith Tumbajulca on December 20th. Spiritual formation in teenagers has been my heart and passion for many years now. It was what I was hungry for as a teenager and I don’t think I ever grew out of it. I love watching God transform someone’s identity from an awkward and uncomfortable child to a stumbling, yet beautiful creation of the King. The story is no different here in Ghana.
